Step 2: Account Review – Our dedicated support team will review your account to ensure there are no outstanding loans or pending transactions. This important step is in place to protect the integrity of our services and maintain accurate records.
Step 3: Data Deletion – Once the review process is complete, we will proceed with the deletion of your data. Please note that the deletion will be carried out within 30 days of your request.

- Types of Data Deleted or Kept:
We prioritize the privacy and security of your data. When you request the deletion of your Floatr account, the following types of data will be deleted:
- Financial Data: Credit card information and bank account details associated with your Floatr account will be permanently deleted.

Following the deletion of your data, Floatr will not retain any of your personal information. We commit to a comprehensive erasure process to uphold your privacy and data security. Once the 30-day deletion process is complete, your data will be permanently removed from our systems.
